Jam Cars
    1. Usually used on Slotless Track systems to add an obstacle for the racers.
      a. Blocker Cars use a slot on the outside edge of the track to maintain a lane.
      b. Zig-Zag-Jam (Ideal) and Wandering (Aurora) Jam Cars have mechanical steering systems and use both lanes.
    2. Jam Cars have a small logic board to determine which lane is providing more power and uses power from that lane
      to control it's speed.

    3. Jams Cars can be run in the opposite direction of traffic flow to increase the danger level.
